Welcome to BubbliPop! Before pre-registering and receiving your Founder Pack, please read these Terms of Service carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By pre-registering for BubbliPop, you accept these Terms of Service as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept these terms, you cannot participate in the pre-registration or receive the reward.

2. Pre-Registration and Reward

• Pre-registration is free.

• Rewards are limited to early registrants.
• We reserve the right to modify or cancel the pre-registration or rewards at any time without notice.

3. Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to pre-register and accept these Terms. For users under 18 years of age, parental or legal guardian consent is required.

BubbliPop is rated PEGI 3, suitable for all ages.

4. Use of the Application

• Pre-registration does not automatically grant access to the full application before its official launch.
• All content provided through the application remains the property of IZANAGI CODE SAS.
• You agree not to use the application for illegal, fraudulent, or disruptive purposes.

5. Limitation of Liability

• The application and pre-registration are provided "as is".
• We do not guarantee permanent access, bug-free operation, or compatibility with all devices.
• In case of technical issues or loss of rewards, IZANAGI CODE SAS cannot be held responsible.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of changes via the application or by email. Continued pre-registration after modification constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
